La incertidumbre económica está perjudicando a una de las obras públicas más esperadas de la provincia: el Tren Santa Fe – Laguna Paiva. El intendente de esta localidad, Elvio Cotterli, en diálogo con el medio radial UNO 106.3 contó en qué fase está el proyecto.
“Se demoraron los procesos licitatorios por estos vaivenes económicos que estamos atravesando, donde las empresas son reacias a participar en obras públicas porque se licita a un precio y cuando se termina la obra pública tiene otro costo. Creo que esto incidió considerablemente en la demora“ , sostuvo el funcionario.

“Los procesos ya se realizaron, entendemos que próximamente se van a dar comienzo a las obras de dos o tres apeaderos que son los que están faltando para brindar el servicio adecuadamente. Días atrás estuvieron haciendo algunas pruebas, ya inclusive con el tren parado en nuestra localidad”, reveló además Cotterli.
Sobre la demora en la obra, el Intendente agregó: “No depende pura y exclusivamente del municipio, cada actor tiene que hacer lo que le corresponde a hacer. Desde nuestro lugar vamos con recursos provinciales, pusimos en valor una vieja estación de tren para prestar el servicio adecuadamente”.

“Nación garantiza los fondos para que esto pueda circular y provincia realiza desde su lugar lo que le corresponde para darle continuidad en el tiempo al tren. Y otros actores que participaron de la firma del convenio en su momento fueron Trenes Argentinos y Belgrano Cargas porque están los gremios”, relató también el funcionario.
“Entendemos que esto más temprano que tarde va a estar funcionando. No tengo una fecha precisa porque no sé cuánto tiempo tienen para terminar los apeaderos. Ni bien estén terminando la construcción de los mismos está todo dado para que esto se pueda acelerar”, declaró el intendente paivense.
